The 2nd scientific workshop on Hue Royal and Folk Cuisine themed "Promoting - Developing - Combining with tourism to reach out to the world" will take place on April 29, 2018 with the contribution and cooperation of domestic and international individuals and organizations to support, develop and boost Hue royal and folk cuisine.
The workshop will gather valuable comments, suggestions and solution-oriented advice from scholars, researchers, scientists and experts on Hue royal and folk cuisine. Recommendations will be made to help local leadership develop a plan to turn Hue into a "CAPITAL OF GASTRONOMY" to promote the unique culinary culture of the ancient capital and attract visitors to Hue.
Together with the workshop, there are also exhibitions, demonstrations, introductions and experiences of 100 Hue royal and folk dishes from April 28 to May 2, 2018 at the Citadel, Hue.
The workshop is to be jointly organized by Phu Dat Gia Co., Ltd., Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association, KI Investment JSC and other agencies and business specializing in culture and cuisine.
